What is SSB ?
SSB Interview (Psychological Aptitude Test and Intelligence Test) The SSB Interview is the second and final round of NDA Selection Process. The SSB Interview round comprises two separate tests – Psychological Aptitude Test and Intelligence Test.
What Happens in SSB Interview of NDA ?
The interview involves a battery of psychological tests of personality, to assess the candidate’s suitability for commission to the armed forces. The tests help the SSB select candidates with officer like qualities (“OLQs”). The Services Selection Board is not concerned with the number of commissions available.
Can I speak Hindi in SSB interview?
In short, the simple answer is “NO”, it is not necessary to speak in English in SSB Interview. If you are not comfortable in English you can answer in Hindi, even you can use Hindi to write the responses in Psychological tests.
How many attempts are there in SSB?
So in four years, a male candidate can have 16 SSB interview with TGC and SSC-tech, and a female candidate can have 8 SSB attempts with SSCW-Tech. Of course, you can only apply till your age allows and your percentage lie in the cutoff.
NDA 2019 Cut Off List
After the declaration of written test results, a cut off list is released by UPSC determining the names of the candidates who qualify for SSB Selection Process.
Steps to download the Cut off marks
Those who wish to download the result and get the cut off list will have to follow the steps given below.
- Visit the official website of UPSC- upsc.gov.in.
- Click on “Results” tab.
- Cut off marks are released a few days later after the declaration of the results.
- The cut off will vary for candidates from different category.
